God is at work in Northern Tanzania, and many Maasai are coming to Christ. More workers are needed to help with this harvest. Most Maasai do not read or write, but they are excellent story tellers. You will use the 42 stories of the Chronological Bible Story Cloth (kanga) to teach them the Word of God. You will also do some follow up discipleship among the leaders that God has raised up. These will be the people that we will train to be spiritual leaders among the Maasai.

After flying into Kilimanjaro Airport, you will get a good night’s rest before traveling into the bush. Depending on the actual location of the trip, you will either stay in a local guest house, or you will camp in a tent for the week.  While camping, you will eat some very good meals prepared by the camp chef we bring in with us.  From your base camp, you will travel out into the African bush to share the Gospel  and disciple believers at various Maasai bomas. Our goal is to train Maasai Christians to share the Gospel and plant churches among their people while we are away.

You will want to be sure to bring your camera on this trip since you are likely to see animals, and the scenery is beautiful!
